More people would like to have that question answered. Maybe when you login at the Wavecom webpage you could get it. But it seams no one has the username/password to do that.

Refer to ETSI GSM 07.05 for the AT command standards for sending/receiving SMS ... and ETSI GSM 07.07 for other standardised AT commands for GSM mobile phones.

Those specs can be downloaded from http://www.etsi.org.

Granted, they do not tell you which commands a particular modem vendor implements, but it will give you the commands that are part of the standard that the modem should be based upon.
