hi, I wonder if anyone could possibly help me with this. I have succesfully managed to trigger a J2ME application by following the relevant thread provided in this forum, but are struggling to understand how the port numbers work. For example, in my J2ME application I have specified port 3333. I understand from one of the threads that I use a UDH of 06050433333333, but this doesn't work. Someone recommend I try 0605040D05 which seems to work. I would like to use alternative port numbers but can't figure out how to calculate them i.e. how does the 2nd. part of the above (..0D05) represent a destination port of 3333? Any help would be gratefully received, many thanks, Peter |
