i am after setting up a free MMS service for my friends and i. i just need to know how to set up the server correctly on my home pc (XP Pro). i basicly just need instructions on how to set up the MMSC and how to set my phone up accordingly (Sony Ericsson T300). thankyou | |||

Darren, I think the main challenge would be that you need to either have a dedicated IP address for your MMSC ... or you need to use a service like www.no-ip.com which can use dynamic DNS to assign a permanent DNS name to your system as its IP address changes. The "Quick Start Guide" should be useful for walking you through the steps to get things working. Start with the SMS related functionality, and build up to MMS (MMS is dependent upon SMS). -bn | |||
