The CIMD2 Host requires we use a different user ame for sending and receiving. When we configure the connection it only asks for one user name. How do we handle this problem? THanks

Hi Ricky,

I'd suggest defining two separate SMSC connections to NowSMS. They can both point to the same SMSC, but with different bind parameters.

"Receive" would only be enabled for one of the connections. And for the receive-only connection, make sure that "Support any outbound message traffic" is not checked, so that NowSMS will not attempt to send any messages over the receive only connection.

To bind to the same SMSC twice with different parameters, you will have to employ a trick described in the following thread:
