Hi,
Do you mean SIM Toolkit messaging? (The ability to add menu options to the SIM)
If so, it is possible to send those messages through NowSMS, but we do not offer any tools to help simplify the process of creating the messages (we require you to already have them in the proper binary format). The SIM Toolkit message formats are rather complex, so that is the difficult part, and our tool will not offer much assistance in that regard.
