Recommend, please, a GSM modem for 2 WAY SMS\MMS, please. Is there any modems that support multiple SIM cards?

The only modems I have seen which support multiple SIM cards are specialised devices with special APIs required to access them.

You're better off with multiple modems and a serial port expander to give you extra serial ports.

For dedicated GSM modem devices, some good options are Siemens MC35 Terminal, Wavecom, Multitech GSM/GPRS modems, Nokia 3x series.
