My graduation project is about Smart Messaging. I was good until I tried to send operator logo. I can send Group logo(CLI),Ring Tone.But i can't get any message when i tried to send Operator Logo.Sometimes I got SCKL codes. The SCKL code is: //SCKL158203010301 3082F6100A00080201FFFF 82F6 is MCC (which is little endian of 286.Is it true?) 10 is Network Code(which is little endian of 01.Also is it true?) Please help me!!! And can you send me an op. logo SCKL code which you sent before successfully in your country?
