How to stop ReceiptRequested at SMSGW.INI ?

Hello to you,

First, I try to put :
ReceiptRequested = Yes at [SMSGW] section in SMSGW.INI

Now, I want to stop this..
So, I change ReceiptRequested = No, seems not works. After I reboot my PC, Its still received the delivered status in SMS-IN file.

Please help me, how to stop this.

Hi Steven,

What is your outbound SMSC connection?

Perhaps it always returns delivery status information, even if you do not ask for it.

Did you receive them before you added ReceiptRequested=Yes to SMSGW.INI?

The easiest way to automatically clean them up is to define a dummy 2-way command. Use a command prefix of "id:*" ... a command of "c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe /c echo Echo @@FULLSMS@@" and make sure that command returns response text is NOT checked (otherwise you will reply to every receipt ... which you do not want to do.

Do not include the "" characters in your configuration, I have used them only as delimiters above.
