What I see most people doing with NowSMS and the Nokia observation camera is configuring the MMS client on the camera so that it submits its MMS messages to the MMSC component of NowSMS instead of routing them through the operator MMSC.
They then write programs to process the received MMS messages on the NowSMS server for their custom applications.
