Hello,

I'm trying to connect to the web on my computer through my E700 handset.
From the samsung's internet access program "EasyStudio" I keep getting the error: "There was a hardware failure in the modem (or other connecting device)".
My computer recognizes the E700 and configurates it as a IR modem properly.

What should I do?

Mike,

I'm sorry, but this section of the discussion boards is for support questions related to the Now SMS/MMS Gateway. I have to give priority to answering questions that are directly related to the use of our products.

I have copied your question over to one of the general non-product support areas of the discussion board. I will offer some advice there at a later point in time ... or perhaps someone else will beat me to it.
