Des The Server on which we have the NOWSMS Gateway installed has Windows program problem. So we want to des-Install and Install the Windows program again on the same Server. The question is ¿If doing so, the process will or can affect the NOWSMS Gateway program. This is very important because we cannot afford to loose this Program which is vital for our operation. Hi Clinton, Back up the NowSMS directory structure. After re-installing Windows, re-install NowSMS. Do not start the NowSMS services. Restore the NowSMS directory structure that you previously backed up. NowSMS *might* reset to a 60-day trial version. If it does, e-mail us your serial number and company details so that we can issue you a new activation code. Before you do this, it's a good idea to contact us with your serial number and company details, so that we can verify it. Then if you do need a new activation code, you just e-mail us the new installation reference code, we can quickly get back to you. If you want to e-mail those details to nowsms@nowsms.com with a subject line of "Attention: Des", then I can help you if you do need a new activation code. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
