i am currently having difficulties configuring my phone to send and retrieve mms, anyone no how i can overcome this problem as my operator O2,arent being much help |

If you bought the phone from an O2 shop, take it back and let them sort it out.

Normally, I'd point you to the O2 web site, where the following link includes instructions on how to configure the phone (or send settings to the phone over SMS where supported), but it doesn't look like it has been updated to support the E365 yet.
