I know we've already dealt with this via e-mail.
The primary thing here is that when you define the SMPP client account in the "SMS Users" dialog, you need to tell NowSMS that it should route messages back to that account, and you need to specify address mask(s) for which recipient addresses should be routed back to that account (e.g., +4485858585,+44*).
Otherwise, NowSMS routes messages received from an SMSC connection into the 2-way SMS facility. If there is no matching command defined in the command table, then the message is unceremoniously dumped into the SMS-IN directory (which you might have an external program process).
