Hi,

Currently I'm receiving SMS into my Database by using 2-way command with a URL http://server/path?sender=@@SENDER@@&text=@@TEXT@@

But Sometimes My Modem Wavecom Fasttrack and Sony Ericsson t39 gets hanged in receiving SMS.. but Once these Devices are Restarted all the SMSs are downloaded in the Database .. My Problem is that I need to have the SMS Arrival time from the SMS details and not the Time at the Database SMS Insertion.

How can I have the Correct time from NOWSMS.

Hi,

Unfortunately, NowSMS only knows the time that it received the message.

To avoid "hanging", you may want to try experimenting with different "SMS Message Storage" options in NowSMS. Usually "Direct to Modem" works best with dedicated modem devices, and this may be more reliable.

As I look at it ... when receiving via a GSM modem, there is a setting in the SMS message which indicates the time stamp from the SMSC, but NowSMS, unfortunately, does not process or save this information.
