Hi, What type of SMSC connection are you using? Is it a Nokia mobile phone? All Nokia Series 60 (S60/Symbian) phones do not support routing received SMS messages via the GSM modem interface. Additionally, all other Nokia phones manufactured in the last 3 years or so have also had this support removed from the GSM modem implementation. So unfortunately, those devices can be used for sending messages only. The following thread has some good troubleshooting advice: http://www.nowsms.com/discus/messages/1/4520.html Basically, you need to determine if it's a 2-way command problem, or if the system just isn't receiving messages, and we can troubleshoot it from there.
