What I am attempting to accomplish:

Send text messages from cingular to sprint and also to metropcs using NowSMS

Issue:

I am not sure what I am doing wrong in the configuration. I keep getting an error when I view the queue that reads "http connection failed". I am using NowSMS on a Windows 2003 with IIS 6.0. Can someone explain how to configure this so that I can send texts through NowSMS? There are so many configurations, I think I am just getting confused somewhere and missing something. Please help!
