Hi Kamel,
You can tray the Delayed Delivery: like : "DelayUntil=2008-04-18+09%3A30" with format (Format: yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm).
http://localhost:8800/?User=username&Password=password&PhoneNumber=xxx&Text=xxx& DelayUntil=2008-04-18+09%3A30&ReceiptRequested=Yes&Submit=Submit
The second question is: How to change the Delayed Delivery????

Today I test your solution,It is not working for me.I got the SMS without any delay.
Are you sure with the this delayUntil.
Note I'm using nowsms 2007.
This what I wrote:
?PhoneNumber=971503004950&Text=aadsasddssd&user=kamel&password=kamel&sender=test &DelayUntil=2008-04-30+03A30&ReceiptRequested=Yes&Submit=Submit |

first what happened to bulk SMS.
you got a deal with our sales manager.
for MMS please send me an MMS file and a mobile Number from Morocco at my email address to test if we can provide MMS.
