I have a few questions about the use of UCS2:

1 - Can UCS2 messages be sent using the gateway's URL API?

2 - Can NowSMS convert UTF8 to UCS2 when talking to a SMSC?

3 - Can NowSMS convert to UCS2 when talking to a SMSC using SMPP?
