Hi,
When I send an SMS with an alphanumeric Sender, NowSMS appears to strip off the alpha characters.
E.g. http://127.0.0.1:8800/?PhoneNumber=447777123456&Text=Message&Sender=12TEST34
Displays as '1234' on my phone. Looking in the SMPPDEBUG, the sender appears as 1234. I have Kannel working with the same account and do not have this problem. Any ideas?

There is an issue with some versions of NowSMS 2007 that have this problem.
When we added the ability to specify a port address for sender and recipient values (e.g., number:port), this broke alpha sender support via URL parameters.
Download http://www.nowsms.com/download/nowsmslatest.zip for an update.
