Bryce, Please forgive me if this question has already been answered before. I searched the board, but found no reference to it. On the HTTP POST using a GSM modem as the distribution, would it be possible for Now.sms to return it's internal message_id in the POST response. Currently I get no response, only the HTTP 200 OK Thanks for your help. Regards, Shane Dewing

Bryce, For clarification, I do get the returned HTML with the words "Message Submitted". I was wondering if the returned HTML could also include the Now.sms message_id Regards, Shane Dewing |

Hi Shane, NowSMS does return it in the content of the HTML. Perhaps you are running an old version? (Or using a customised version of SubmitOK.htm?) Actually, I see this change was a v5.51b addition, and I tend to forget that all of the post v5.51 versions have been released as patches. If you have v5.51, download http://www.nowsms.com/download/latestpatch.zip for the patch with the latest updates. If you have a version prior to v5.51, download the v5.51 trial version first, and install it before applying the above patch. -bn |
