Hi All,
I am new to the SMS business.
I am looking into deliverying video clips to mobile users.
Do I have to go to a premium rate provider OR can I become one for myself?

What do I need? Hardware and software?

I would want a customer to send a short code message they would then have a welcome displayed then a list of video clips which can be downloaded.

They download from my premium rate system? Total revenue to me. (revenue sharing with mobile provider)?

Any help would be great! thank you!

PS- Video size 400k 3gp 4min long

premium rate is always revenue sharing with the mobile provider.

normally mobile companies dont trust/want to talk to new low volume clients.
it is best you contact a premium rate provider in your country to manage this for you.
