I am trying to connect Motorola E398 GSM mobile with NOWSMS to send a SMS, while connecting NOWSMS pops up a message " modem doesnt supports SMS". Where is the problem lies ? How to make the connection possible. |

Hi,
Most likely, it is not compatible.
But you might want to try the latest update for NowSMS, which adds support for some Motorola phones to be used as a GSM modem, such as the RAZR and the V600. It is possible that this update might also address the E398.
The update is a patch for v5.51, so you need to make sure that you have v5.51 installed first (the current download version on our web site), and then apply the patch in http://www.nowsms.com/download/latestpatch.zip.
