Hello,

I am a beginner of sms application programming. I want to use the NowSMS gateway to send and receive sms with either a mobile phone or a gsm modem, but i am not sure about the differences between a mobile phone and a gsm modem. When using with the NowSMS gateway, what is the advantage if i use a GSM modem instead of a mobile phone?
