How can I send an MMS notification via WAP PUSH without using the SMS? Also how do I initiate the PPG that the NOWSMS/MMS supports?

This is only practical in a lab environment. (Not generally practical in the real world.)

The discussion in the above thread is more about emulators than real devices ... but the concept is the same ... you need to define a table of phone number to IP address mappings for NowSMS, so that when NowSMS has an MMS for a particular phone number, it routes the notification to the IP address instead of via SMS.
