i understand that you can send bulk sms through distribution list. the problem is that my distribution list is taken from a database from a web app. i am thinking of using comma as separator for sending the message in URL format.
may i know the allowed maximum number of recipients should i use this method? or is there any other way to accomplish this. thank you.
