Hi there, I have just been given a SAMSUNG D500 that had an O2 sim card in it. I removed this and put my Virgin pay as you go sim card in. Everything works fine, however, after i've received an MMS message it will not allow me to open or retrieve it and comes up with the message "unknown subscriber". What is causing this and how can I remedy it? |

Hey,
I've got D500 on Orange PAYG (it's been unlocked from formerly Vodafone ), and I can't recieve an MMS message, I get an 'unknown subscriber' message too  Can anyone help in how to get the MMS message? |

probably the mms settings on your phones are still set to the old providers gateway.
the mms gateway settings have nothing to do with the sim but is saved on the mobile phone.... |
