Did you define a WAP gateway? For that particular MMSC, I believe you want to define the WAP gateway as 10.0.0.172.
The next most common issue is that when you define a GSM/GPRS/MM1 connection to an operator MMSC, almost always you must leave the "Default Sender Address" blank, and leave "Allow Sender Address Override" UNchecked. This is because it is almost always not possible to set the sender address when submitting an MMS message over a GSM/GPRS/MM1 connection. (And if you attempt to do so, you get a not authorized or forbidden response.)

帅哥应该是中国人吧，用的是梦网彩信网关。
我之前也是用nowsms5.51一直运行很正常。
大概在12.18号的时候发现异常，debug后发现Unauthorized。
个人怀疑是猪头移动做了某些变动导致的。不过使用其他软 件
仍然可以发送彩信。不知道是不是mms格式和smil格式的问题。
期待nowsms可以解决这个问题。
兄弟英文很烂，麻烦翻译下给老外看。

Move the SIM card from the modem, and put it into a mobile phone. Verify that you can send MMS successfully via that MMSC with the phone. It is possible that the SIM card has not been provisioned for MMS access. |
