The SIM card number (IMSI) or the phone number?
IMSI is AT+CIMI
Phone number is AT+CNUM
Note that it is not required for a GSM modem to support these commands.

I want to get the phone number, but it just
return a "OK" when i use the command "at+cnum"
what's the problem? |

As I noted, it is not required for a GSM modem to support these commands. If you just get "OK" in the response, then it sounds like your GSM modem does not support this command.
In that case, refer to documentation from the modem manufacturer to see what GSM modem commands they support.
