Hi everybody

i have created a .mms file.Initially i tried to test over NowSMS gateway.But i was not able to send as my NowSMS gateway was not functioning.

so now i have placed the .mms file in a webserver which is WAP enabled.well can i test it on a handset?
Please suggest me.I look forward for the answer.

Hi Biranchi,

As I explained in another thread, you can't send an SMS message from NowSMS unless you have a valid connection to an SMS service provider or a GSM modem.

NowSMS is SMS/MMS middleware, it is not a replacement for an SMS provider.

To send an MMS message, you can't just put it on a web server. You need to send it. You either send it out over a GSM/GPRS modem ... or if NowSMS is the MMSC then NowSMS needs to send an MMS notification message out over SMS. So, no ability to send an SMS ... no abilty for an MMS.
