Hi,
This is the support forum for the Now SMS/MMS Gateway software product. It is not a generic forum for mobile phone support.
So you might receive a response that helps you, and you might not.
But it general, I would suggest that you contact your mobile operator ... and/or consult the mobile operator's web site.
