1. The field when we create a user for Recipients address for Routing is limited to around 47 characters which limits me for routing is it a limit which can be overcomed or not. What is the workaround besides providing a second SMPP account.

Hi,

That appears to just be a limit of the configuration dialog.

The server is prepared to deal with up to 8000 character strings.

We will make a modification to the configuration dialog for the next release to allow for longer strings.

In the meantime, it is possible to manually edit the SMSGW.INI file, and add a longer string under the [Inbound SMS Routing] section.

If you have a pressing need for an updated version, send an e-mail to nowsms@now.co.uk with a subject line of "Attention: Bryce" referencing this thread.
