can nowsms route to other modem if first modem fail?
I have this hardware
1st.- sierra 750
2nd.- ericsson F250
and by default, all sms should out by 1st option (sierra 750), and if hardware fail, should will send using 2nd modem

No.
You can have both modems active, with messages going out over both simultaneously. If one modem fails, the other would still be working ... but there is not a fail over option where the second modem is only used if the first fails. (Both modems would be used until one fails.)
