I assume that you are talking about how some mobile operators are offering a service where a single SIM can support multiple phone numbers. The question would really be whether or not one of these SIMs could be used in a GSM modem, as the operators tend to be very specific about which model phones support this feature. And if you did get the SIM into a modem, there is nothing in NowSMS that could trigger a change between phone numbers. (And if there were, I don't know what rule would be used to trigger the switch.)
