Hello everyone,
Im sorry if this question ever been asked. I just couldnt found the thread about this on my latest search.
Im using NowSMS as SMPP server for my SMPP client made of OpenSMPP library latest CSV. I got this confusing error when i tried to submit SM to NowSMS, SMPP error 9. I seek out the proto spec SMPP 3.4 and found out that SMPP error 9 (I assumed command_status 9) is reserved.
My question are,
what could be the problem ?
and is there anyway NowSMS issue a command_status 9 ?

incase confusing you, i mean OpenSMPP latest CVS not CSV.
and I wasnt so sure about the submit, but the error 9 occured either when Submit SM or Bind TX.
