Hi Bruce,
We are a customer of NowSMS and we use both MMS and SMS ,it was working fine for a month until few days back when it stopped working,Trying to reboot the server and nowsms also did not work,also when we try to query the modem from the Control Panel,it says SendComm failed.Is it because the COM port is in use?If so how do we determine which process is using the com port.
