Hi.
I try to send binary message with SMPP.
I set up:
esm_class 0x40
data_coding 0x04
short_message 0605040B8423F0140601AE02056A0045C60C037777772e73746174736d732e6e657400010341646c 6572000101

It should be a wap push message. The hex string is a valid wap push message.
But when the message is received by phone it's not recognized.

What is wrong with this?
