Hi,
We've recently bought 2 NowSMS licence to test our MMS platform. We want to use NowSMS to send and then receive MMS messages in order to observe the same problems that are seen by our customers. We use MM1. Our need is :
1- Where can we configure and check Use Agent. I've read the documentation and wasn't able to find a way ton change, modify and see User Agent. We need an easy way to do so.
2- We want to reproduce problems that are met by our customers. each customer has a different mobile. We need, each time a problem is seen, to do the same thing than our client with the good User Agent, etc. Do you have any suggestion to reproduce this as near to the reality as possible.
We really need help ASAP.

Hi,
I've just called MMS departement and they tald me that the User Agent is communicated to the platforme when sending (POST request) and also when receiving (GET request). In the 2 cases (send and receive) a User Agent is sent to the platform. We need and easy way to say NonSMS for exemple to send MMS with a Nokia 6020 User Agent and to receive it with a Samsung E700 User Agent.
Where can we configure the Nokia 6020 User Agent while sending and the Samsung E700 User Agent while receiving.
