Can you please help me in sending Flash Ringtone? I tried with DCS=0x18 and it is working with Sony ericsson T100 phone. but not anyother phone. When I tried to send sckl format to Nokia phone with DCS=0x18, it is showing a flash message which is not readable. It is junk.
