Hi NOWSMS Team I'm a new user for nowsms program & I installed the program from couple of days But when I send the sms message to my mobile it doesn't arrive to my mobile and there is no error logs & the outbound sms Queue is empty. I'll tell you what I configured exactly since I installed the program tell I send the message : 1-Install the program v 2008.06.03 2-from smsc tab I Pressed Add then HTTP over TCP/IP 3- The hostname : 192.168.1.65 The port number as default 80 4- server type now SMS 5- OK 6- I pressed Test & the message tells me HTTP connection OK .Send test message to verify proper configuration. 7- IN service status :All connections OK. Only SMS service Is Installed. I open the Mozilla browser and I enter the following address : http://192.168.1.65:8800/ The interface NOWsms Appears and i clicked in Send Text Message : In the Phone Number:00966xxxxxxxxx (In Saudi Arabia) which is my mobile number.(To make test) In text : HI Then submit The following message appears to me Message Submitted Continue It seems all configuration OK but Actually no any message arrived to my mobile . could you help me Pls. Hi, It sounds like you are trying to configure NowSMS to be its own SMSC. That won't work. NowSMS can't send any messages without some type of connection to an SMS service provider, or a GSM modem. NowSMS is not a bulk SMS or MMS service provider. NowSMS is not a replacement for a bulk SMS or MMS service provider. You need a connection to an SMS service provider, or a GSM modem, before you can send any messages with NowSMS. NowSMS is a middleware tool which simplifies the process of connecting to one or more of these service providers and/or managing one or more GSM modems.
